100m3/h Ultrapure water system & Loop turn-key project
A cost effective and automated water treatment system was the design goal for 2011′s ’100m3/h Ultrapure Water System and Distribution loop’ project undertaken for Philips LumiLEDS’ Singapore branch. After the implementation of this project the water quality Specs are as follows:
WATER QUALITY ACHIEVED
- POU Resistivity – 18.2 m立.cm v.s. spec of 16.5 m立.cm
- TOC – 10ppb v.s. spec of 50ppb
- RO conductivity – 2us/cm
- EDI Resistivity – 17.5 m立.cm
OPTIMISED PROCESS DESIGN
This system has a proven design that its pre-treatment section includes ACF and RO systems with optimized chemical dosing. In addition to a number of technological innovations in the field of water treatment designs, the Singapore system uses bespoke ‘Co2 Reduction Step’, which both optimizes the quality of the RO (Reverse Osmosis) and EDI (Electrical De-Ionisation) that works to greatly improve the life of the components.
FULLY AUTOMATIC OPERATION
This project demonstrates the innovations that Century Water Systems achieves, producing a turnkey system that is able to perform fully automatic backwash in ACF, Automatic system switchover and consistently deliver high water quality and pressure.
